Blueberry Jam

Blueberries can help heart health, bone strength, skin health, blood pressure, diabetes management, cancer prevention and mental health.

Ingredients: 

Fresh Blueberries, Natural Fruit Pectin and the lowest amount of sugar.  

Best used with: 

Jams go great on toast, bagels, cornbread, oatmeal, ice-cream or simply straight out the jar. Refrigerate after opening.  Best used within 1 year of purchase.  

Disclaimer: 

It is the nature of canned fruit to experience a natural process called oxidation that can result in some slight color loss. It is recommended not to store product in direct sunlight but preferably in cool temperatures (50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit) but should not exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit.    

Our jams store should do just fine in your pantry or on the shelf in your cabinets. but once open please refrigerate.  It is recommended to enjoy them within 1 year.
